The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded Management Accountant to join the business on a 9-month contract, with the genuine possibility of going permanent. You'll play a key role in supporting stakeholders across the business, providing insight, improving processes, and helping drive performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly management accounts, including P&L and balance sheet reviews

• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with clear, insightful commentary

• Business partnering with non-finance stakeholders to support decision-making

• Support month-end close processes and ensure deadlines are met

• Produce financial reports and performance dashboards for senior management

• Assist with process improvements and system enhancements

• Support audit and year-end processes as required

About You

• Part-qualified or qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) or equivalent experience

• Proven experience in a Management Accountant or Finance Business Partner role

• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems

• Commercially aware with the ability to explain numbers clearly to non-finance teams

• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
