What you'll do:

• Deliver month-end and year-end reporting, including management accounts, KPIs, and balance sheet reconciliations.

• Support cashflow forecasting, treasury, and working capital management.

• Ensure strong internal controls and HMRC compliance, including VAT

• Partner with operational teams, providing insights and analysis to support business decisions.

• Drive continuous improvement across finance systems, processes, and reporting.

Who we're looking for:

• Newly qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with strong management accounting experience.

• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning key finance processes.

• A proactive communicator who enjoys working across teams and supporting business growth.

• Eager to develop new skills and take on responsibility in a growing business.
